The Vendor's View - The first thing that attracted us to the property was the large kitchen/living area, which we could see would be perfect for everyday family life. Along with this, we liked the fact that there is so much parking too with two garages and still room for another four cars out front, or a boat or caravan.

Our favourite thing about the house is probably that it allows everyone to have their own space if they want too; alongside the kitchen/living space, there's also a separate living room and a separate huge dining room, and everyone has their own bathroom, great for visitors of teenage children!

The village is quiet but the local hall has a lot of clubs and events. Quex Park is just up the road with lots of events throughout the year, along with a garden centre and a fine farm shop too. Westwood Cross is just a 10 minute drive away as well.

The location here is nice and quiet but everything is close; Birchington and the seafront/beach, Quex, Westwood etc. but it's still really quick to get out on the main roads to commute to wherever.

We know we will miss the large living area and also the access through the gate into the playing field for the dog and the grandchildren. It's been a perfect home for us; if we could lift the house up and take it with us, we absolutely would.
