I can remember when we used to visit Elmer Sands for holidays. Mum liked the area so much when they wanted to move all those years ago it was the obvious place to move to.

They loved the fact everyone was so friendly, when the property was being built they knew it was where they wanted to be. being in a cul-de-sac is so quiet, yet with Bognor Regis so close by getting those little bits of shopping was ideal for mum.

The family would come to visit often, so having the off road parking and three double bedrooms, there has always been plenty of space for us all.
