Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This semi-detached bungalow has been extended over time to now offer that little bit more than the average. The initial footprint has been taken back at the rear to give good size rooms whether you are a couple or bringing along a small family.

As you pull up on your drive, you’ll find plenty of space for two family cars. The current owner even has the advantage of parking their motorhome on here which illustrates the space on offer. You also have rear access if you wish to make your way inside via the kitchen.

As you come indoors, both bedrooms will house a double bed with the master bedroom also offering ample cupboard space. The second is currently being used as a hobby room but you’ll see that size is no issue.

The lounge has benefited from the rear extension and you now have a superb size room. You also have options as to where you house your dining table as this would fit in both the rear end of the lounge or in the kitchen/dining area. This is quite handy given not all bungalows offer you the power of choice.

The location is superb with it being in the heart of PO7 and offering fantastic links back in to Waterlooville, Portsmouth or the motorway if your work or family see you regularly out of town. This is a little gem of a home that can be enjoyed for years to come.

What the Owner says:

We’ve enjoyed our time here and one of the first things that grabbed my attention was the space at the front for the vehicles. It also seems increasingly rare to find a bungalow on one level but that works so well for us.

The lounge is a lovely size room and with it overlooking the garden, it’s nice and peaceful throughout the year. It’s also very handy when we have visitors.

We are moving out of the area but take with us some very happy memories and hope someone else goes on to make their own memories here.
