(as amended), though subject to planning. This site was previously used as a Council Transport Depot (Plot 2) and ancillary staff car parking (Plot 1). Planning consent was obtained on the 10th April 2012 under application ref RB2012/0164for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of new buildings to house equipment for the debarking and chipping of roundwood, virgin timber and on-site open storage of other waste wood prior to the transfer to the solid biomass CHP plant at the Templeborough Biomass Energy Development.
