The site itself is located close to the centre of Saxmundham and extends to nearly 0.2 acres (0.08 hectares) in all. The planning permission provides for the construction of a terrace of four dwellings as follows:

Plot 1 - A 3 bedroom end of terrace two storey house with an approximate floor area of 141 m² (1,518 sq ft)

Plot 2 - A 4 bedroom mid terraced three storey house with an approximate floor area of 128 m² (1,378 sq ft)

Plot 3 - A 4 bedroom mid terraced three storey house with an approximate floor area of 129 m² (1,389 sq ft)

Plot 4 -A 3 bedroom end of terrace three storey house with an approximate floor area of 100 m² (1,076 sq ft)

The proposed dwellings will be accessed via a shared private roadway, and this will lead to the entrances/parking areas/car ports for the individual properties. To the side and rear of the properties will be the gardens.

It is intended that the properties will be finished in a traditional design, with a mixture of brick, rendered and timber clad elevations under pitched pantile and slate roofs. Extracts of the plans that accompanied the planning applicaton are included within these particulars. 

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) A Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) will be payable which we understand from the architects will be in the region of £15,000, although official confirmation from Suffolk Coastal District Council is still awaited.
