"Living on Pendlestone Road has been a delight because everyone on this road are such nice people whether you've been here a year or forty years.
The best moments in our house have been the incredibly private, sun trap of a garden, having effectively two lounges due to the size of the loft and being able to relax watching our two year grow up because you can see him from anywhere in the open kitchen and living area.
Walthamstow as an area has provided as much joy as the street and house itself. Breakfasts at Eat17, beers at the Wildcard Brewery in the summer and Sunday lunches at the Castle pub are all a must. And of course Wingfield playground has to win hands down as best park to take kids too!"
