When I bought this flat it was very dated so I have been busy updating the place throughout. The new kitchen and bathroom are great and I am very pleased with the results! The great sized lounge/diner was a big attraction for me when I viewed too. Being on the first floor, it is very private here and it is great to have an allocated parking space at the end of the day.

This has been a perfect first property for me, but the time has come for me to move on. I am sure another first time buyer will appreciate the property as much as I have and hopefully they will like the work I have done and be able to move straight in!
