A Comfortable Family Home.
This charming three bedroom home has two reception rooms, a conservatory and delightful garden. It has been lovingly maintained by the current owners and will provide its next family with a light, bright and cheerful home to live in. Located on the fringes of Walthamstow Village, you will have a good choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes to frequent and the transport links are excellent with regular buses on the Lea Bridge Road that whisk you to Walthamstow Central Station, the Olympic Park or Westfield Shopping Centre in the blink of an eye.

Living Here... - Off-street parking spaces are like gold-dust in London yet this property has room for two cars so you can safely unload the shopping or children, right outside the front door. The hallway gives access to the good size lounge and also to the adjacent second reception/dining room with feature fireplace. The kitchen/diner with its velux window is a fantastic space and leads to the downstairs bathroom and the wonderful conservatory. Step outside into the glorious garden where you will discover a grape vine - maybe you can press the grapes and make your own wine in the garden shed.
Upstairs you will find the second family bathroom along with one single and two double bedrooms, and plenty of room for storage. A wonderful home for any family to settle in and enjoy.

In This Area - By Walthamstow Diary - Barker’s Arms is named after the pub of the same name which stood on the junction of Lea Bridge Road and Hoe Street. The building survives but the pub has long since closed. Happily, the Baker’s Alms Houses which the pub was named after still survive. The Alms houses can be found just around the corner on Lea Bridge Road. Built by the Master Bakers Benevolent institution in 1857, they are a grand architectural reminder of times past. On the other side of Lea Bridge Road you’ll find the King William IV pub, which is also home to Brodies Brewery. If you like beer, pay a visit to their annual Easter event, the bunny basher, though you might want to pre-warn your liver.
Further up Hoe Street is the incredible Hornbeam Café, a great spot to enjoy fresh, locally produced food. The Hornbeam also host live music and film nights. This end of Hoe Street links Walthamstow to Leyton and has good transport links. There’s a good mix of properties here, and If you like to keep fit, this is the place for you. Leyton Gym and Leisure lagoon (complete with water slides) is just around the corner.
