Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

Despite being termed a 'flat' this home is an attached house offering no neighbours below or above and with two floors of accommodation as well as your own private garden, so why wouldn’t it be? Being arranged as an upside down home, means that your living space is illuminated by south facing natural light and you also get the benefit of sea views over the Yaverland coastline.
The communal steps lead to your own front door where you can shut the world away and with the bedrooms being positioned on the ground floor, they are perfectly placed for shift-workers who need a dimly lit bedroom to sleep.
On the first floor there is a generously sized open living area that can hold a dining table and chairs for more formal preferences or even that huge corner sofa you have always dreamed of. With the rear door to the garden being positioned off the lounge, it is ideal for pets and children or for summer evening relaxation.
The kitchen is large enough to hold a bistro table and chairs if you want a breakfast place and the bathroom has been finished with a contemporary suite and the all-important Hollywood Lights mirror.
At present there are 4 parking spaces for the 5 sharing units however there is ample space on the main road and visiting guests will certainly not find it a problem.

On Your Doorstep:
Historical Brading, Ye Kinges Towne sat at the head of the tidal inlet allowing maritime trading activities, earning it's recognition as a town by 1180. The main road running through the heart of the town still hosts beautiful architecture dating back to the 1500s and the Anglo-Saxon St Mary's Church residing on the end of the town. Many historical accounts surround the town including stories of smugglers seeking refuge at the Church through a succession of underground tunnels from the many public houses. Today you can still take a refreshing drink in one of two quaint English pubs, there is also a local convenience shop, Primary School and the train station that links to Ryde Pierhead or back to Shanklin.

Help Us to Help the Environment
We are not against printing but we are against wasting resources. We provide a digital copy of our brochures that can be saved to your desktop or front screen of your tablet or mobile phone. This saves unnecessary printing when you commence your search.  We will provide you with a printed copy on the viewing of our homes as this, we feel, is essential to working out if the home will suit your needs.
We hope that by putting our gentle reminders on the documents, that are so often needlessly printed, we might start a small movement of change.
