We knew we had to have this house when we saw it, it was everything we had hoped for in a property at the time. Even though we have totally transformed it internally and externally it was the best kept house out of a very large selection we had viewed!
Since living here we have improved the decor significantly to make it even more contemporary, although the most important factor for us is that it works well for family life. Having the downstairs shower room for example means there is never a fight for the bathroom.
We love the safe feeling of the area and must replicate that with our onward move. The local shops and transport links have served us well, its going to be hard to find something with the same convenience.
