These all work together with the air source heat pump which keeps the running costs of "Davren" to approximately £70 per month for heating and hot water 24/7! (These approximate costings include the running of the static caravan)!

The two en-suite bedrooms at the front of the house could potentially be used as bed and breakfast accommodation. As far as we are aware there is currently only one B&B in this very busy popular village.

The 3 year old, 3 bedroom/8 berth static caravan is fully central heated and double glazed. It sits in it own private garden with parking, and is a great holiday let or could let out on a more permanent basis. The planning permission is for 12 months occupancy.
