When we first moved here, being semi-detached was a big factor for us. There were others we were viewing which were mid-terraced or only had two bedrooms so this house was ideal in our opinion!
The kitchen/dining area overlooking the garden makes for a pleasant outlook when you are washing up!. Our daughter can go out and play whilst we keep an eye making the dinner in the kitchen. We have loved living here but just need a bit more space. We hope the next owner will be very happy here for the foreseeable future.
