We have owned this house for over 11 years, it has been totally transformed during that time including a loft extension which has fireproof ceilings and doors as well as water sprinklers and electrical work. We have had most of the house replastered, redecorated , replaced the kitchen, new windows and we built the double gates at the front. We also have a PV battery that stores power from the solar panels to use during the night to power the house but it can also be switched over in the event of a power cut. We also have an outside tap and twin outside waterproof power sockets. For added security we have cctv fitted which records 24/7 onto a hard drive.
