Full description

Tenure: Freehold

If it is peace and quiet from your location and you don't fancy the idea of doing any work on your new home, then this could be the perfect home for you. Literally, you could be moved in with your feet up, feeling very smug all on the day of completion.

The homes' centrepiece, arguably is the kitchen diner, this has a real open plan contemporary twist, so when you're entertaining, the chef is not left out in the cold, but can still be a part of the party! The dining room is a great size, so you can get all the family round for special occasions and the kitchen has clean lines and plenty of work surfaces for the next budding Gordon Ramsey to create havoc.

You will find the master bedroom is a fantastic size, with high ceilings and a beautiful Victorian style fireplace. There is plenty of room for all your furniture and because the home is in such a peaceful location, it is only going to be birdsong that wakes you in the morning.

If gardens are important to you then this garden is a real winner. For a start it is West facing, which is great news if you are a sun worshipper. If you like to 'grow your own', there are raised vegetable beds, so you can really start to live the good life! If parking is a must, we have parking to the rear.

This really is a home that you will fall in love with!

What the Owner says:

It was probably the Victorian style fireplaces that got us when we bought the home, so many homes we saw had them removed, so they really do make a special feature of the room and an excellent focal point.

We also loved the fact we had no work to do, the home had been completely modernised throughout, so as first time buyers, we did not need to worry about having to carry out work or additional expenditure.

We love how quiet the road is, the west facing garden, which we immediately had plans for. We love the area and will be staying local.
