"Having moved to Brighton nearly 20 years ago, it was the specialist local school that originally brought us to the area.  However, over the years we have found that there really is so much more to this wonderful town and lifestyle.  

We have found that our children have all benefited from the fantastic local schools and have gone on to enjoy wonderful​ careers.  When they were smaller we can still remember them playing at the top of our road with the other local children what a wonderful memory, we will never forget. 

In more recent years, we have enjoyed the location even more.  Needing to get onto the Motorway, in and out of Brighton and across the Coastal roads on a regular basis.  We have found living in Woodingdean the perfect base to allow great access to all. 

We will be sorry to leave our family home after all these years, but it is now time for us to move on.  We are confident that the new owners will enjoy living in this area and benefiting from such a fantastic location as much as we have."
