Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This fantastic family home has so much to offer. What more could you ask for than four bedrooms and the addition of a study on the ground floor for the children to have a quiet space for their homework, or maybe a home office for Mum or Dad? The living space is just as impressive here. Whether you choose to keep the lounge as a ‘grown up zone’ and let the children have the run of the conservatory as a more family orientated area, or spend most of your time in the separate kitchen area or dining area. Whether you are cooking up a feast on a Sunday in the beautiful kitchen or catching up around the dining table with the kids, it is the ideal spot. The utility room will suit busy parents too, allowing you to shut away the washing when guest visit.

In the summer the garden will become an extension of your living space, open up the doors from the conservatory and enjoy the patio area, currently home to the seller’s hot tub, fire up the barbecue and let the little ones play out on the lawn. This really is a great ‘party house’.

The garage and drive will mean easy parking and this particular house is tucked away in a safe corner, so you will be able to let the children play and you will also be able to keep a close eye on them at the small park just over the road.

Iwade is a lovely village, with local shops and the sought after school with great access to Sittingbourne and the motorways and coach pick up points for commuters.

What the Owner says:

As soon as I saw this house I knew it was going to be the right home for us. Despite being a modern feel, the build has a traditional style to it, which we were keen to keep up with when thinking about the decor such as the solid oak flooring downstairs.

It is great having such flexible living space that can be used in different ways as my children have got older. The garden attracted us too, we felt it was a great size for a modern house and we have recently spent a lot of time and effort improving the outside. I have loved living here and will leave with a somewhat heavy heart, but we are very lucky to be in a position where we can upgrade again.
