Since I purchased this flat I have spent many many months making into a wonderful place that someone would want to live in. My initial attraction to the property, apart from the size of it, was its location and setting. I wasn't particularly aware of Carshalton Beeches as an area but having spent a lot of time here doing the work it really is a lovely place to live. All the locals are friendly and there are some really useful shops nearby, the bakery over the road I hear is famous and I can see why! Opposite is a lovely Italian restaurant that I have eaten in a few times, so really as a first home it is perfect!
