Secondly, the 3 new build plots are covered by planning permission dated 24 August 2016 (reference DM/15/01822/FPA). A copy of the planning permission is available in the Buyer's Pack.

It will be the responsibility of the successful offeror to obtain approval of necessary reserved matters.
