"It was the idyllic village location that first attracted us to Langton Farm House, which enjoys a very secluded position; it is rural but not remote. The surrounding countryside cocoons the house and views can be enjoyed from every aspect, and it is lovely to sit and watch the wildlife in their natural environment. The house is set well back from the lane and the gardens are very private."

"The open plan kitchen/breakfast room is the hub of the home, this is our favourite room of the house, there is plenty of room for a large dining table and we love to congregate here. We use the dining room for more formal occasions and the sitting room has a homely feel with the log burning fireplace offering a comforting glow."

"It is difficult to pinpoint what we will miss the most about living here; we will certainly miss the village and the neighbourhood. We are downsizing and are hoping to find a home with the sense of space and privacy that we enjoy here but on a smaller scale," conclude the owners.
