A WORD FROM THE OWNER........
"We love living in this part of Walthamstow, there is so much right on our doorstep, from the Feel Good leisure centre and spa and the newly opened Dog and Duck pub, to great schools, and the lovely park just at the end of the garden.

There is always something happening or something new opening up nearby, whether it's the Walthamstow Garden Party, exhibitions at the William Morris Gallery, music at the Rose and Crown or theatre at Maud and Marvel.

Our Warner flat has been a lovely home in which to enjoy this vibrant and close-knit community and to bring up our young family. The area is quiet, and the flat's light and airy feel and the fact that the garden backs straight onto the park were just some of the reasons that drew us to it. It's lovely being able to walk through the park to and from the tube, and the flat has been a haven for us to escape to at the end of the day.

We hope that whoever lives here next will enjoy it as much as we have."
