FULL OF PERSONALITY....A fantastic size family home with open plan living overlooking a beautiful garden, with privacy and sea views. Energy Rating C72.

What The Owner Says:

"This is our 12th year at 124 Crescent Drive North and we've loved living here. It's a happy house.

Warm in winter, cool in summer, the house is solidly built and versatile. Our sea views, looking across the Downs, are amazing, as are the sunsets and the prevailing weather rolling in from the west. It's quiet and peaceful at night, and wonderfully dark for good quality sleep.

The garden, eleven years in the making, is wildlife friendly, home to frogs, toads, newts, slow worms, butterflies, several types of dragonfly and more. Now and again we get a family of hedgehogs drinking from the pond at dusk, and the garden is always full of birdsong.

A great space for alfresco entertaining, it's a 'no dig' garden, needing trimming and pruning but fairly easy to keep in shape. The beach-inspired front garden mostly looks after itself. There's room for the new owner to put their stamp on the garden, with plenty of spare beds for flowers.

The neighbours are very friendly and helpful but non-intrusive. In our experience Woodingdean is mellow, safe and welcoming. We're only a mile from the South Downs Way, a five minute walk gets you onto the Downs for fabulous walks and we're only 20 minutes from Brighton centre by bus."
