When we decided to buy our first house 9 years ago, we viewed everything but nothing compared to this house. We only had a handful of requirements that were absolute 'must haves' - The location had to have a nice, warm, community feel to it, in which it did and still does. Along with being within walking distance to Tonbridge Station. Plus the bathroom had to be upstairs and separate. The extra loft room was just a real bonus and has come in ever so handy over the years. Lastly have a garden - This had it all!
