"It was the light and spacious feel that initially impressed us.  As soon as we walked through the door we knew it was the family home for us.  Located in an ideal location, near to good local schools, shops and of course the regular local bus service, connecting us with central Brighton.  

It has proven to be a very safe and secure area to raise our family.  The children definitely benefited from the proximity of the local bus services, this really helped to give them a sense of independence as they where growing up.

We have enjoyed entertaining friends and family over the years and found the house to offer the perfect space inside and out.  Whenever our guests have wanted to stay over there has always been plenty of space to accommodate all.  

We will miss the convenience of the location but now that the children have left the nest, it is time to move on.  However, we are confident the new buyers will feel at home as quickly as we did."
