From the Old Stratford roundabout (on the north western edge of Milton Keynes) head north on the A5 towards Towcester. After approximately 2 miles and passing by Potterspury village take the first right turning onto Moorend Road. Follow the road around for approximately half a mile and take a left turn onto a gated track road. The property is to the end of this track. A sign board will be erected to show the location of the land.
