When I first saw the property it really did need plenty of work as it had been neglected for a number of years, but it didn’t put me off as I could really see the potential. The property was gutted before I moved in, and I was mindful that all the work had to be done properly, we skimmed/re-plastered the walls and ceilings throughout, installed a new consumer units for the electrics and a new electric boiler, replaced both the kitchen and the bathroom before redecorating and re-flooring the entire property.

That was about 4 years ago now, and I have looked after the property in the mean time, so buyers now have a property that is ready to move into.
