Stincher.

Girvan has an attractive sea front and working harbour and also moorings for pleasure craft.

railway station affords connections north to Ayr, Prestwick Airport and Glasgow and south to
Stranraer Harbour. The main route into this corner of Ayrshire is the A77 travelling south from
Ayr. The county town of Ayr is approximately 17 miles and Prestwick Airport is approximately
20 miles. Glasgow is approx 52 miles. There is a regular bus service which connects the village
to Girvan and Ayr.
