Treventon Manor’ is a prominent south facing Manor House set in an acre of of well kept grounds overlooking the Seaton valley. Located just a mile from Liskeard yet it is quiet and secluded being at the end of a country lane leading to bridle paths. The house is approached via impressive double wrought iron gates providing access to a driveway leading directly to the main residence which is enclosed within a vast amount of inside and outside space.

An extensive leveled lawn is located to the side of the property which was previously in use as a well kept tennis court by the owners father, who played at Wimbledon. This includes a summer house with storage for housing nets and equipment. This space would lend itself well for entertaining or marquee space. There are extensive established gardens of approximately one acre, which begin either side of the driveway containing an abundance of mature trees, various bushes and herbaceous plants.
There are also two outbuildings one of which is timber with WC and another stone built, as well as two garages providing plenty of outdoor storage space or even offering scope for potential conversion - subject to planning.
Far reaching countryside views are enjoyed from the gardens and a large majority of the principal rooms of the house, giving you a rural and private feel. The property however is only a very short distance to Liskeard town centre with close access onto the A38.

The property is accessed via the front through the sun room. This stretches a large width of the house with dual aspect windows appreciating the well maintained gardens and far reaching countryside views. The sun room leads into the imposing living room, where you are greeted with warmth from the large open stone fireplace, the living room still appreciating the far reaching countryside views from its large glass sliding doors. There are five reception rooms to the ground floor in total, to include the living room, dining room, two sitting rooms and a reading room. There are also 2 utility rooms.

The kitchen is to the rear of the property and is of traditional décor with its original Cornish slate floor. A double fronted oil fired Rayburn cooker with inset feature tiles is dominant to the room, which maximises the traditional features of the house. From the cosy reading room, warmed by a large woodburning stove, a staircase from the hallway takes you down to a cellar. This room has had many uses as games room and gym or even be a wine cellar. Within the cellar there is an electric supply along with access to the outside.

The bedrooms are all to the first floor of the house appreciating the superb views Treventon Manor has to offer. There is also a kitchen to the first floor where the property had previously been separated to accommodate an annex space. This could potentially be turned back into a double bedroom. There is an en suite to one of the main bedrooms, and a further 2 bathrooms.

The driveway leading in passes a pair of garages onto the parking area. There are matured gardens to the front and leading round to the side where a large well maintained lawn dominates the grounds. This was in use by the owners as a grass tennis court. Overlooking this lawn there is a sun house with storage which is a currently a useful space for nets and garden equipment. This garden area would also lend itself well for a marquee or entertainment space.
Within the lower lawn you will find a potting shed with electric supply, apple trees, a pond and vegetable growing area.
To the rear of the property, two barns are positioned, one of which a timber frame with WC and wash basin, the other a stone built property with 2 floors with full potential to convert (subject to planning).
