The Vendor's View - It was the outstanding quality of the houses that first attracted us to the property. The developer, Millwood Designer Homes, had built these beautiful and individual houses in a quiet charming village.

Cliffsend is a lovely quiet village with easy access to everything you could possibly need. There are several Junior and Grammar schools in the locality and excellent bus services to historic towns of Sandwich and Canterbury. There are a variety of good restaurants and brilliant shopping centres in the local area, along with historic castles and open gardens. And there are so many lovely seaside towns and beaches in this part of Kent.
