I fell in love with this flat as soon as I saw it. It is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac yet is within walking distance of both the town centre and the railway station.

The building is Grade II listed and I believe used to be the old school house and my flat is, by far, the biggest in the building.

I bought the flat as an investment but always thought that, at some point, may even live here but that hasn't come to fruition and I have now decided to sell.

I think the flat will suit young professionals who need to commute to London or, perhaps, an older buyer who wants less room but doesn't want to compromise on space or location.
