When I decided to move 14 years ago I wanted something I could make my own and feel safe in. I can safely say when I walked through the door I got that 'gut feeling' that this was the one. I loved house bright and airy the house was just as much as the large dimensions.
Over the last 14 years I have literally gutted the house from top to bottom, the new owners can sleep well at night knowing all the major jobs such as the gas and electrics have been updated.
With my profession I often work shifts, coming too and from work at different times of day I always find it easy enough to park. On those occasions I have had to use public transport I have easily managed the journey with great bus connections to Sutton, Wallington and Morden.
