We have had 22 great years living here. When we first bought the house nothing had been done since it had been built. Since owning the house we have ripped out the bathroom, on our 2nd new kitchen, replaced the boiler to a Worcester one around 5 years ago as well as adding the workshop and redecorating etc. It is a great location what with the beach just down the road, it is so lovely and quiet. You can also walk to Leysdown from here, it is a lovely walk along the beach. if we were not emigrating we would not be moving.
