Directions 
From Modbury head west on the A379 towards Yealmpton after approximately 3 miles take the right hand turning to Worston just before the car dealership on the right. After approx a mile and at the ridge of a hill The Old Wool Barn will be found clearly on your left hand side. Alternatively leave the A38 signposted Smithaleigh continuing straight ahead taking the next left hand turn signposted Yealmpton, continue along this road going round right hand bend taking the left fork, proceed for approx 300 yards bearing right, continue along this road through the woods at the bottom, turn right where Worston will be found after about 3/4 mile and the property can be found at the top of the hill on the right hand side.
