Full description

This is a stunning three bedroom detached family home, immaculately presented it’s a true credit to the owners.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off Rossall Lane near Rossall school and tram stops to Fleetwood and Cleveleys, motorway access is also within easy reach via Amounderness Way.

Approaching the house is a block paved driveway providing off road parking and garage with electrically operated up and over door, and houses the Potterton combination boiler. There is a also a lawned front garden and secure gates access down the side of the house.

A UPVC double glazed entrance door provides access to the hallway with staircase to the first and there is an under stairs storage cupboard. Doors lead to the main reception, a ground floor wc and kitchen.

The main reception is very spacious and runs the length of the house and makes a great family living space with a feature fire providing a focal point. Double doors provide access to the UPVC double glazed conservatory with a further door leading to the covered patio area.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units finished with a contrasting worktop and integrated fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and grill, gas hob and extractor.

To the first floor are two double bedrooms and a single all with fitted wardrobes, and the family bathroom comprising shower cubicle, bath, low level wc and pedestal wash hand basin. The bathroom has modern tiled walls and flooring.

Externally, to the rear is an enclosed mainly laid to lawn area with feature mature shrub borders, an elevated decked seating area and paved stone patio.

Additionally the property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.

In our opinion this would make and ideal family home, its served the current owners from new and this is a reflection on the area too. More often than not people who live here stay for many years. We highly recommend viewings to fully appreciate the condition and size.

Offered with no chain. Call us today for viewing availability.

What The Owner Says
My parents bought this house from new in 1975 and loved the house and neighbourhood throughout all the years they lived here. This is a very happy family home that has been lovingly maintained (even to the extent that my dad used to insist on jet washing the conservatory roof on a regular basis).
