What really attracted me to the property was the overall size and location plus it had two parking spaces which is pretty handy.

I really love the homely feeling it had when I walked through the front door. As a regular commuter it just couldn't get any better, with the station just a stones throw away, so the location is quite prominent. In addition if I fancied a night out in Rochester I wouldn't even have to take the car, which is an added bonus.

I made a few changes since living here which includes refitting the bathroom, carpets and we redecorated throughout. Overall it has been a happy home, but I do hope the new owners enjoy it as much as I have.
