I haven't lived here long but have loved every minute. It is a great location for exploring the Essex countryside with its Country Parks (Weald Country Park and Thorndon Country Park) and pubs, as well as The Brentwood Centre that has amazing sports facilities. I have modernised the apartment so the new owner can just move straight in. Being on the second floor has the advantage of being able to take in the scenery of the surrounding area and the communal grounds. All the residents are extremely friendly and I will certainly miss the community feel of Ravenscourt.
