We bought this house from new as first time buyers.
As the property is located in a cul-de-sac, the only person that walks past is our neighbour, so privacy is a real bonus.
Being situated at the top of the hill, we can see the river in the distance and the boats that go by. We have a beautiful outlook over the rooftops which is particularly pretty when it snows and have enjoyed many firework displays without having to venture out into the cold.
Our home is always lovely and warm and hardly ever needs the heating on.
We have great neighbours but now find it's time to upgrade to a bigger home.
