SITUATION

The land is located approximately 0.9 miles from the hamlet of Halse in the County of Northamptonshire. Halse has excellent road communications to the small market town of Brackley, with further road links on the A43 to the M1, M40 and A5, linking Brackley to the urban centres of Northampton, Banbury, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes. The Historic market town of Banbury is 9 miles to the west and has a main railway station as well as other amenities.

THE LAND

A block of Grade 3 arable and pasture land, in all about 219 acres which has strong hedge and fenced boundaries. The land is accessed off the Halse Road. Further details are shown in the attached table. The land is shaded pink on the Brochure plan.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME

The land is registered with the Rural Land Register for the Basic Payment Scheme.
