We were looking for a modern property that did not need any work that we could move straight into. This one was perfect and ticked all the boxes, being at the end of the cul-de-sac meant that we got an extra 2 parking spaces. We have now been here 10 years and have over time replaced the kitchen and added a few features which make it a great room. We purchased some land to the side of us which has made our garden one of the biggest in the cul-de-sac, we have put down some shingles and made a great seating area. We don’t want to leave but a lot of our family have now moved out of the area so we are have decided to make the move. We are really going to miss how quiet it is here and the great neighbours we have.
