The Vendor's View - We were first attracted to the propertys location; set back from the road and nestled amongst the trees within the Kent Downs. It was instantly clear it had huge development potential with the already well-proportioned rooms to reconfigure & large plot to build a fantastic extension. The house is well positioned for easy access to all amenities, including primary and secondary schools, shopping and leisure opportunities in nearby Canterbury and a short distance to the many beautiful beaches along the coast. Selsted Cricket Club is directly opposite the property, while the historic Broome Park Golf & Country Club is just 2 1/2 miles away. There is a bridleway running down one side of the property making it ideal for dog walkers, horse riders, ramblers, photographers, artists etc.

This project has been an absolute labour of love. We hope someone falls in love with the property as much as we have during our time here. The thought of coming back here after a stressful day at work and sitting on the raised patio with a glass of wine, the days stresses soon fade away.
