The property is located to the north west of the town of Llanfyllin in the area known as Bethel. The land lies at map reference SJ109209.
From Llanfyllin take the A490 signposted for Bala. After leaving the speed limit for Llanfyllin take the second left hand turn (not the first turn signposted Lake Vyrnwy). Continue along the by-road for just over 1 mile before turning left. Continue for approx. 3/4 mile when the land is found on your left hand side.
Vacant possession will be given upon completion.
