DIRECTIONS From the village of Frogmore, take the road signposted towards South Pool. On reaching Lee Lane End junction, bear left following the signs towards Ford. Proceed along this road for about quarter of a mile and the entrance to the land will be found on the left hand side.

Access to the land is off the public highway through a gateway on the south boundary over a proposed hardstanding area (as highlighted blue). A right of access will be reserved by the seller over this hardstanding area, to gain access to the land to the west.

The buyer of this land will required to enter into a a management agreement, regarding the maintenance of this hardstanding area.

The land has a combination of gentle south and east facing slopes, it having been down to grass for many years and either having been grazed with livestock or used for grass conservation purposes.
