Description

Coming home to this pretty house will be an absolute pleasure. The flint facia and box hedging creates a truly appealing first impression.

Maintained to a very high standard and located in a friendly cul-de-sac away from the A24, there is a lot to love about this property, and you will easily appreciate why the current owners have lived here for so long.

There is the perfect combination of rooms and a great layout which ensures that all of the rooms will be useful and they either have outlooks of the beautiful rear garden or the view down the road from the front of the property.

The large kitchen/breakfast room will be the ideal place to come together at meal times. There is a separate dining room for those special occasion's, with double doors opening into the lounge, which makes this a lovely space for entertaining.

The en-suite shower room and family bathroom have both been tastefully refitted and the decor is fresh, making this an appealing home for anyone looking to move in without any major work to do.

The plot is larger than many modern houses with a particularly wide secluded rear garden and a detached double garage with a double width driveway which can accommodate up to four vehicles.

What the Owner says:

We moved to Ashington in 2001 when the house was first built and fell in love with the flint front, but also the plot was larger than other four bedrooms in the road.

This has been the perfect family home with an excellent primary school and parks within walking distance, and we felt the children could play safely in the cul-de-sac.
We have really enjoyed the sunny rear garden and have created different areas to be able to relax and enjoy the sun throughout the day.

It has been great to be able to walk into the countryside within minutes, yet have the shopping facilities of Horsham and Worthing just a short drive away.
