Penpoll Road has been our home for the past three years and we've loved living with London Fields on our doorstep. We have the nicest neighbours and have enjoyed having Wilton Way Cafe and The Arthur round the corner depending on the time of day!

We have tried to bring out the beautiful Victorian features in our home whilst keeping the decor modern. The gardens have also been planted in a cottage style with an Arts & Crafts style hobby hut in the back garden.

The separate entrance is gated enabling the front door to be wide open throughout summer. The under stairs outside is used as a Laundry and muddy boot cupboard.

Off the hallway, is the Master Bedroom with a stripped wooden floor and feature fireplace. There are deep fitted cupboards.

The stairs up to the Second Bedroom (Double) makes the flat more home-like to us. This bedroom feels far away from the flat and is very private.

The Living Room features a wonderful large working fireplace that has been cleaned recently. Fitted bookshelves in oak make the room feel warm. Under the stairs could be used as a desk space.

The Bathroom is large with a roll top bath and large shower. There is a free standing sink and toilet. Italian marble tiles were fitted just before we moved in.

The Kitchen was built approxately 4 years ago. The skylight lets an enormous amount of light in and is fully insulated. There is under floor heating.

The Garden is a pleasure to be in and to look out onto. A firepit and some decent furniture would complete it.

  • boiler new four years ago and serviced annually

  • dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven all fully functional and no older than 4 years 

  • washing machine/dryer 3 years old
