The Vendor's View - I bought the property off-plan around 15 years ago, and was able to choose the kitchen design, wall colours, layout and even the bricks! I really liked the location of the development, and bought the property with the view to starting my family here, before my wife and I even met!

Our children have lived here their whole lives, and so as you can imagine, this is a real family home. The room we use the most was originally my ‘man-cave’ but gradually changed to a playroom, and is now a place that the whole family (and visiting relatives) congregate and watch TV together.

Although the plot is quite secluded and the house feels private, Teal Drive and the surrounding roads are a lovely, friendly, community. The house is easily accessible from the town, with all the local amenities you could possibly need, and also great travel links. The train station is less that a 10 minute walk from the front door, with services to London and surrounding towns. The local primary and high schools are both within easy walking distance, along with a few local convenience shops.

We will miss this house for so many reasons, but mainly as our first family home.
