Tenure: Freehold

Buyers in their later years looking for the difficult blend of peace and tranquillity as well as proximity to local services may well have ended their search. This is a fantastic three bedroom detached bungalow.

The lounge is a great size and leads onto the conservatory that was added by the current owner just after moving into the property and was built by local company “Shaws” to a very good standard. From here you can enjoy the stunning views over the rear garden which has been much cherished and cared for by the current owner. Backing onto sports fields you are not overlooked, something of a rarity this close to the town centre, and it’s a great size too, perfect for the grandchildren to run around in when they come to visit.

You have a separate dining room, and a fantastic kitchen/breakfast area. The kitchen is just 6 years old and still looks as good as new, it is well equipped and has plentiful storage space and work tops that should make preparing Sunday lunch a breeze, so you might even be tempted to invite all the family around to join you!

The driveway leading to the garage provides tandem parking for several cars. The garage is over 29 feet in length so could make a fantastic workshop for the DIY enthusiast or provide ample storage space if required.

What the Owner says:

With family already living in the area I knew what a fantastic location this was. So near to the town centre and Horsham train station and yet it is so quiet and peaceful here tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac. I will often leave the car at home and walk into town, and if the weather is nice you can always take the scenic route through the park. The Capitol Theatre and Horsham hospital are also just a short walk from here.

My favourite room is probably the kitchen/breakfast area, it’s lovely to sit there and enjoy a cup of tea and the early morning sunshine, it sets you up very nicely for the day ahead.
