This has been the family home for 40 years which is testament to the location here. It's really peaceful and quiet, as the only traffic is that of the neighbours. Priory Grove is essentially a circular road, so it means that in our position, which is about the furthest point from the connection with Station Road, there really is very little traffic passing the home at all.It is a very convenient spot for commuting; it's easy to hop onto the motorway network, particularly the M20 at junction 5. There is no onward chain to worry about which keeps things simple and gives the opportunity to buy speedily and without the uncertainties and hold ups that can frustrate many a homebuyer!
