When we went hunting for our home we wanted something new, low maintenance and close to my work in Newport. I chose this one from plan as it looked like the best one. It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which is so cheap to run and the house heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. My bills here have been so cheap and I have saved a fortune on our energy bills. We have really loved it here, with the park just down the road for the kids and town in walking distance. I have fabulous neighbours here too. If it wasn’t for needing more space as our family grows up, I would never consider moving. I am sad to leave but I am very excited about hunting for my next dream home. We wish the new owners all the happiness in the future.
