We have owned this property since 2002 and enjoyed the convenience that it offered. Situated so close to everything was a godsend but being on a corner we are tucked just enough away from the noise of the high street.
Anyone that needs the train station will love this flat as it is literally a stones throw away and of course the full array of shops that Uckfield has to offer are on your door step.
There came a time when we decided to rent out the flat and had no trouble letting it out for a number of years until we decided to move back in last year. We have done some improvements last year and are now looking to sell as we have interests away from here.
