A WORD FROM THE OWNER......
We have lived in the house for 10 happy years and love the closeness of the green space of St James's park (particularly in the autumn when the trees are golden), and the Walthamstow marshes which are 15 minutes walk away.
Everything is nearbly- tube, overland, loads of bus routes, and our favourite cafe in the market (jesse's).
Lovely neighbours too.
