Having married at Watergate Bay, this whole area has many happy memories for us! Lovely neighbours and a well maintained building has meant that we have felt very lucky to have owned this place.

All the rooms are light and airy and the location is fantastic with the shops and restaurants being pretty much on your doorstep within a short level walk. The views across the river and bridge are stunning, making this a prefect home for permanent or holiday use and with an existing holiday letting history, this could be a super investment!
